With an academic background in Economics, Projects Development & Planning (Development Economics), Agriculture and Rural Development, he has more than 30 years experience in the fields of: Coordinating and managing national/donors driven Projects/Programs particularly Economic, Social, Physical, Agriculture, Financial and Human Development sectors, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Projects proposal development, Human Resource Management, Training and capacity building, Strategic Planning & Development, Food security and Livelihoods Programs, Integrated Poverty Alleviation Programs for vulnerable, Humanitarian assistance, Disaster Management, Social Protection, Micro Finance Program and Micro Enterprise Development. He has gained this experience while working with Federal/Provincial Government (s), multilateral and bi-lateral donors/International Development Agencies personnel of different national/cultural backgrounds. Having worked with senior level management/development officials, he is conversant with donors/public sector policies in relation to economic and social sectors, productive/non-productive infrastructure, development practices, Relief and Rehabilitation (R&R), humanitarian and development assistance, community economic development and the major challenges that confront poverty & social injustice in Pakistan.
