Pakistan faces persistent health risks like Polio, HIV/AIDS, and other occupational diseases, especially among workers in high-risk environments. CHRS delivered a targeted Training of Trainers (TOT) program to create informed advocates and community educators.
Program components included:
- Education on disease causes & prevention
- Rights-based health protection messaging
- Coordination between government, CSOs, and employers
- Community-level awareness events
By equipping trainers with facilitation skills and accurate health information, the project strengthened early detection behaviors, reduced stigma, and expanded reach to vulnerable groups.
This health-centered advocacy contributed to safer workplaces and stronger public health outcomes in communities at risk.
