Despite progress, women continue to face discrimination, harassment, and wage inequality. In response, CHRS collaborated with partners to organize a high-visibility seminar addressing challenges to working women in all sectors.
This advocacy event brought together policymakers, private sector representatives, civil society activists, and working women to discuss:
- Gender equality laws
- Workplace harassment reporting systems
- Safe and inclusive work environments
Through storytelling sessions and expert recommendations, the seminar amplified women’s voices and triggered organizational dialogue about safer, fairer opportunities — especially for low-income and informal sector women workers.
