She has taken focused efforts on synergies and partnership development among community, government and non-government institutions for post project sustainability and for provision of services related to micro finance, community development, health and education at grassroots level. For this, developed the capacities of staff, government officials, country wide CSOs, implementing partners and community institutions. She has developed various operational and training manuals, strategy papers, concept notes, strategic plans, handbooks, training guides, assessment and monitoring tools, brochures and organized stakeholder workshops. She has worked across Pakistan closely with communities, CSOs, Implementing partners and government officials for increasing access, designing and implementation of capacity building plans, outreach events.
